This site focuses on hotcupboards, bain-maries and holding cupboards (banqueting carts to some). We started with just a few of these but after preparing for a few large events last year we now have dozens - all recent models from brands like Williams, Alto Shaam and Lincat.
Not a hog job this time but our team are just back from installing a range of professional catering equipment for a large Indian wedding in Littleshall, Shropshire.
The wedding had 400 guests in a marquee at Lilleshall Hall National Sports Centre - a nice venue for a large wedding.
We have some great mobile catering vehicles for the Fish and Chip catering side of our operations.
So what happens if we need to use our fryers indoors without a purpose-built kitchen area .... for instance at a conference venue? Well - where there's a will there's a way... here are pictures from a recent job at the Hilton Conference Centre in Brighton.
Everyone a little tired after we helped feed 1600 hungry students for a university in Milton Keynes. Luckily the hire side of our company has all the latest gear for this kind of job.
We were able to provide install a complete temporary kitchen with fitted sinks, pass-through dishwashers, stainless steel tabling, Williams holding cupboards, 10 rack LPG and 415v Combination Steam ovens (pictured below). All this required an onsite engineer, even LPG gas cages for all the gas bottles.
Very successful job - Everyone was well fed!
