Keeping Food Hot at the O2

When a client hired the O2 Arena London conference centre, they asked us to provide a solution to provide equipment which consisted of two event kitchens for their event caterers to use. Their brief was equipment to produce high quality bowl food portions of noodles, sliders, fish and chips, roast beef, and halloumi, all served hot. We had to take into consideration a narrow serving duration and the volume of guests being served.

We supplied six new 1.9m Victor Le Pass Kitchen Serveries which gave our client 46 metres of heated surface ready for guests to receive their food. We supplied the kitchen six Rational 201E combination ovens and twelve Alto Shaam style holding cupboards
