We finally got confirmation the Tesco event at Tobacco Dock was going ahead. We quickly gave the 3 tonnes of equipment a final check prior to loading. Lawrence fired up the new LPG 20 chicken rotisserie which was going to be the main centrepiece of the event along with a selection of Turbo ovens and alto shaam holding cupboards. Read More...
