Not a hog job this time but our team are just back from installing a range of professional catering equipment for a large Indian wedding in Littleshall, Shropshire.
The wedding had 400 guests in a marquee at Lilleshall Hall National Sports Centre - a nice venue for a large wedding.
We provided specialist combination steam ovens, several 2/1 & 1/1 gastro pans, Williams holding cupboards, heated pantries and heated serveries..
Providing equipment for larger groups like this has become quite routine for us.
